The primary weather concern for Al Rayyan is a sharp but brief peak in wind and gust conditions around 14:00-16:00 LT on April 21, with wave heights remaining below alert levels throughout.
Wind: Sustained winds briefly crossing to 21–23 kts from 14:00–15:00 LT before easing back below threshold by 16:00 LT and declining steadily through the rest of the day.
Gust: Gusts remain below the Yellow Caution threshold (<30 kts) before starting to build from 14:00-16:00 LT, peaking at 35 kts. Easing below threshold by 17:00 LT and continuing to decline through the day.
Wave: Significant wave heights remain below the Yellow Caution threshold (<2.5 m) throughout.
■ JEDDAH, Saudi Arabia

The primary weather concern for Jeddah is a gradual but steady build in wind, gust, and wave conditions through the day on April 21, peaking around 14:00-16:00 LT before easing through the afternoon.
Wind: Sustained winds crossed the Yellow Caution threshold (>20 kts) at 14:00-16:00 LT and peaked at 21 kts at 15:00 LT. Winds ease back below threshold by 17:00 LT and gradually decline through the rest of the day.
