■ BAHRAIN LNG TERMINAL, Bahrain

The primary weather concern for Bahrain LNG Terminal today is gradually increasing wind and wave conditions, though all parameters are forecast to remain below cautionary thresholds.

  • Wind: Sustained wind speeds are forecast to remain light to moderate, generally ranging between 10–18 kts throughout the period.
  • Gust: Wind gusts will increase steadily throughout the day, peaking at approximately 26 kts around 17:00 LT, staying well below the Yellow Caution threshold of 30 kts.
  • Wave: Significant wave heights will remain stable near 1.2m before rising to a peak of 1.7m in the evening, maintaining a safe margin below the 2.5m Caution level.

■ DAMMAM, Saudi Arabia

Weather conditions at Dammam Port are expected to remain well within safe operational limits, with no alerts forecast for the duration of the period.

  • Wind: Wind speeds remain steady and moderate, fluctuating between 11–16 kts.
  • Gust: Gusts are forecast to peak at approximately 24 kts during the mid-afternoon (15:00 LT) before tapering off toward the evening.
  • Wave: Significant wave heights will peak at 1.5m during the afternoon hours, remaining well below the Yellow Caution threshold of 2.5m.

■ AL RAYYAN, Qatar

The main weather highlight for Al Rayyan is strengthening wind gusts and rising sea states towards the end of the forecast period, approaching cautionary levels by early April 23.

  • Wind: Sustained winds will gradually increase from 10 kts in the early morning to nearly 19 kts by the end of the forecast period.
  • Gust: Wind gusts will climb steadily, reaching approximately 28 kts by 02:00 LT on April 23, nearing the 30 kts Yellow Caution threshold.
  • Wave: Significant wave heights are forecast to rise from 0.9m to a peak of 2.0m by the end of the period, remaining below the 2.5m Caution level.
