■ DAMMAM, Saudi Arabia

The primary weather concern for Dammam Port today is a period of elevated wind speeds and gusts during the morning hours, triggering cautionary alerts.
Wind: Sustained wind speeds are forecast to peak at 27 kts around 06:00 LT, before easing to 9–16 kts through the remainder of the period.
Gust: Wind gusts will peak at 40 kts around 06:00 LT, before gradually easing to 9–13 kts by 24 April.
Wave: Significant wave heights will peak at 2.4m around 09:00 LCT, before easing to 0.4–1.0m through 24 April.
■ LARAK ISLAND, Iran

The primary weather outlook for Larak Island today indicates benign conditions with all wind and wave parameters remaining well below cautionary thresholds for the duration of the period.
Wind: Sustained wind speeds are forecast to remain light to moderate, generally ranging between 6–14 kts throughout the period, with the peak occurring around 18:30–20:30 LT on 23 April and again around 20:30 LT on 24 April.
Gust: Wind gusts will increase steadily through the afternoon, peaking at approximately 21–23 kts around 18:30–20:30 LT.
Wave: Significant wave heights will remain calm near 0.2m in the morning before rising to a peak of 1.2m in the evening on 23 April, with a similar pattern expected on 24 April peaking at 1.2m.
■ UMM SAID, Qatar

The primary weather concern for Umm Said (Mesaieed) Port today is cautionary wind gusts during the mid-afternoon, accompanied by a significant but non-alerting rise in wave heights.
Wind: Sustained wind speeds are forecast to increase through the morning, generally ranging between 12–21 kts throughout the period, with the peak occurring around 15:00 LT.
Gust: Wind gusts will build steadily throughout the day, peaking at 32 kts around 15:00 LCT, touching the Yellow Caution threshold of 30 kts.
Wave: Significant wave heights will rise from 0.5m before reaching a peak of 2.2m around 15:00 LT, approaching but remaining below the 2.5m Caution level.
