Wind: Winds hold at 17–18 kts through the day before building above the 20 kts Yellow Caution threshold from 21:00 LT, peaking at 22 kts at 22:00 LT, then easing to 18 kts by 03:00 LT.

Gust: Gusts briefly touch 31 kts at 16:00 LT, exceeding the 30 kts Yellow Caution threshold, before easing back below 30 kts. They climb again from 21:00 LT, peaking at 33 kts at 22:00 LT, then subsiding to 28 kts by 03:00 LT.

Wave: Significant wave height holds steadily between 1.6–1.8 m throughout August 14, remaining well below alert thresholds.

■ PORBANDAR, India

Winds, gusts, and waves remain below alert thresholds throughout August 14, with conditions steady and unremarkable across the period.

Wind: Winds hold between 14–17 kts throughout August 14, gradually building to a peak of 17 kts at 14:30–15:30 LT before easing to 15 kts by 22:30 LT and holding through 04:30 LT.

Gust: Gusts range from 21 kts at 05:30–07:30 LT to a peak of 25 kts at 14:30–15:30 LT, settling around 22–23 kts for the remainder of the period.

Wave: Significant wave height builds steadily from 1.9 m at 05:30 LT to 2.4 m by 14:30 LT, holding at that level through 04:30 LT.

■ NEW MANGALORE, India

Winds and gusts remain very light throughout August 14, staying well below alert thresholds. Waves stay below Yellow Caution for nearly the entire period, briefly exceeding it only toward the end.

Wind: Winds stay light throughout August 14, dipping to a low of 3 kts at 09:30 LT before gradually building to a peak of 13 kts by 02:30–04:30 LT.

Gust: Gusts drop to a low of 4 kts at 09:30 LT before climbing steadily to a peak of 20 kts at 02:30–03:30 LT, easing slightly to 19 kts by 04:30 LT.

Wave: Significant wave height builds gradually from 2.1 m at 05:30 LT, exceeding the 2.5 m Yellow Caution threshold only at 04:30 LT, where it reaches 2.6 m.
