Wind: Winds climbing past the Yellow Caution threshold (>20 kts) from 04:00 LT on May 13, peaking at 24 kts from 08:00–09:00 LT. Winds ease slightly but remain at or above threshold through 20:00 LT, sustaining elevated conditions for the majority of the day.

Gust: Gusts cross the Yellow Caution threshold (>30 kts) from 04:00 LT on May 13 at 31 kts, peaking at 36 kts from 08:00–09:00 LT. Gusts ease gradually but remain near or above threshold through 20:00 LT.

Wave: Significant wave heights remain well below the Yellow Caution threshold (<2.5 m) throughout.

■ RAS AL KHAFJI, Saudi Arabia

Conditions at Ras Al Khafji are most notable in the early hours of May 13, with winds and gusts briefly crossing Yellow Caution thresholds before easing steadily through the day. Wave heights remain below alert levels throughout.

Wind: Winds crossed the Yellow Caution threshold (>20 kts) at 22 kts at 03:00 LT before easing back below threshold by 04:00 LT at 20 kts. Winds continue to decline steadily, dropping to 2 kts by 19:00–20:00 LT.

Gust: Gusts cross the Yellow Caution threshold (>30 kts) at 33 kts at 03:00 LT, easing below threshold through the day, reaching 3 kts by 19:00–20:00 LT.

Wave: Significant wave heights remain well below the Yellow Caution threshold (≥2.5 m) throughout the day.

■ KARACHI, Pakistan

Conditions at Karachi are calm through the early period, with winds and gusts remaining well below thresholds before a gradual build through May 13. Wave heights approach the Yellow Caution threshold toward the end of the forecast period.

Wind: Winds hold between 8–10 kts through 04:00 LT, building steadily through the day and briefly touching the Yellow Caution threshold (>20 kts) at 20 kts at 15:00 LT before easing back to 15 kts by 22:00 LT.

Gust: Gusts remain below the Yellow Caution threshold (<30 kts) throughout the day.

Wave: Significant rising gradually through the day going above the Yellow Caution threshold (≥2.5 m) at 2.5 m from 20:00–22:00 LT. Conditions are otherwise below threshold for the majority of the forecast period.
