Winds build steadily through the morning, with both wind and gusts exceeding their respective Yellow Caution thresholds from 14:30–20:30 LT before subsiding. Waves peak in the afternoon but remain below alert levels.

Wind: Winds start at 9 kts at 05:30 LT and build steadily, exceeding the 20 kts Yellow Caution threshold from 14:30 LT and peaking at 22 kts at 14:30–17:30 LT. Winds then ease back below the threshold by 21:30 LT, dropping to 9 kts by 04:30 LT.

Gust: Gusts climb from 13 kts at 05:30 LT, exceeding the 30 kts Yellow Caution threshold from 14:30 LT and peaking at 34 kts at 16:30–17:30 LT. Gusts then subside below the threshold by 21:30 LT, tapering to 14 kts by 04:30 LT.

Significant wave height starts at 0.6 m at 05:30–08:30 LT, building to a peak of 2.3 m at 16:30–17:30 LT before declining to 0.6 m by 03:30–04:30 LT.

■ RAS AL HADD, Oman

Winds ease to near-calm in the morning before building steadily through the day, with both wind and gusts briefly touching their respective Yellow Caution thresholds at 22:00 LT. Waves remain low throughout the period.

Wind: Winds drop from 15 kts at 04:00 LT to a minimum of 1 kt at 12:00 LT before steadily building to a peak of 20 kts at 22:00 LT, briefly reaching the 20 kts Yellow Caution threshold, then easing to 13 kts by 03:00 LT.

Gust: Gusts subside from 23 kts at 04:00 LT to 2 kts at 12:00 LT before climbing to a peak of 30 kts at 22:00 LT, briefly reaching the 30 kts Yellow Caution threshold, then tapering to 19 kts by 03:00 LT.

Significant wave height ranges from 0.8 m at 06:00–08:00 LT and 12:00–13:00 LT, rising to a peak of 1.2 m at 21:00–22:00 LT before subsiding to 0.9 m by 03:00 LT.

■ KARACHI, Pakistan

Winds and gusts remain light and steady throughout June 17, staying well below alert thresholds. Significant wave height intermittently exceeds the 2.5 m Yellow Caution threshold during three separate windows across the period.

Wind: Winds hold at 15 kts from 05:00–12:00 LT before gradually building to a peak of 17 kts between 17:00–20:00 LT, then settling back to 16 kts through 04:00 LT.

Gust: Gusts range from 22 kts at 07:00–11:00 LT, climbing to a peak of 25 kts between 14:00–20:00 LT before easing back to 24 kts through 04:00 LT.

Significant wave height briefly reaches the 2.5 m Yellow Caution threshold at 05:00–06:00 LT before dipping to 2.4 m through 15:00 LT. Waves climb back to the 2.5 m Yellow Caution threshold from 16:00–19:00 LT, ease again to 2.4 m through 23:00 LT, then return to the 2.5 m Yellow Caution threshold from 00:00–04:00 LT.
