■ NEW MANGALORE, India

All three parameters ease steadily through July 9 with no reversals. Wind and gusts remain well below alert thresholds throughout, while significant wave heights stay in Red Warning territory for the full period despite a sustained decline from 4.7 m to 4.0 m.

Wind: Winds start at 16 kts at 05:00 LT and ease continuously through the day, dropping to 9 kts from 17:00 LT through the end of the period.

Gust: Gusts open at 23 kts at 05:00 LT and diminish steadily, reaching 14 kts from 17:00 LT and holding there through 23:00 LT.

Wave: Significant wave height peaks at 4.7 m at 05:00–06:00 LT, well above the 3.5 m Red Warning threshold, and eases throughout the day, settling at 4.0 m by 22:00–23:00 LT with the Red Warning threshold exceeded for the full period.

■ JAIGARH, India

Wind and gusts remain well below alert thresholds throughout July 9 as waves ease from a Red Warning peak of 4.0 m at 05:00 LT. Heights subside steadily to 3.5 m by 21:00 LT, retreating from Red Warning territory while remaining in Yellow Caution through the end of the period.

Wind: Winds dip from 16 kts at 05:00–06:00 LT to a low of 15 kts at 07:00–08:00 LT, then gradually climb to a peak of 17 kts from 11:00–13:00 LT before settling to 16 kts for the remainder of the period.

Gust: Gusts drop from 24 kts at 05:00 LT to a low of 22 kts at 08:00 LT, recovering to a peak of 25 kts at 11:00–12:00 LT. After easing to 23 kts at 16:00–17:00 LT, gusts climb again to 25 kts from 20:00–23:00 LT.

Wave: Significant wave height opens at a peak of 4.0 m at 05:00 LT, above the 3.5 m Red Warning threshold, and eases steadily through the day, retreating from Red Warning territory to 3.5 m by 21:00–23:00 LT, though remaining well above the 2.5 m Yellow Caution threshold throughout.

■ KARACHI, Pakistan

Wind and gusts remain below alert thresholds throughout July 9, while significant wave heights present the sole operational concern. Waves are in Red Warning territory from start to finish, plateauing at 4.0 m through much of the period before a marginal ease toward the end.

Wind: Winds start at 17 kts from 05:00–07:00 LT, gradually building to a peak of 20 kts from 16:00–18:00 LT before easing to 18 kts by 22:00–23:00 LT.

Gust: Gusts hold steady at 26 kts from 05:00–10:00 LT, climbing to a peak of 29 kts from 16:00–19:00 LT before tapering to 27 kts by 22:00–23:00 LT.

Wave: Significant wave height opens at 3.8 m at 05:00 LT, already well above the 3.5 m Red Warning threshold, and climbs to a plateau of 4.0 m from 13:00–21:00 LT before easing slightly to 3.9 m by 22:00–23:00 LT.
