■ MULDWARKA, India
Winds and gusts exceed Yellow Caution levels throughout July 23, with wave heights breaching Red Warning at the start of the period before gradually easing.
Wind: Winds open at 23 kts at 05:30 LT, exceeding the 20 kts Yellow Caution threshold, and ease to 20 kts by 08:30 LT. They climb back above the threshold from 11:30 LT, holding at 21–22 kts through 22:30 LT, before tapering to 19 kts by 04:30 LT.
Gust: Gusts peak at 35 kts at 05:30 LT, exceeding the 30 kts Yellow Caution threshold, and subside to 29 kts by 14:30 LT. A second build peaks at 33 kts at 20:30 LT before declining to 29 kts by 04:30 LT.
Wave: Significant wave height opens at 3.7 m at 05:30 LT, exceeding the 3.5 m Red Warning threshold, and drops below Red Warning by 07:30 LT. Heights ease to 3.3 m by 13:30 LT, briefly recover to 3.5 m at 19:30–20:30 LT, then settle to 3.3 m by 04:30 LT.
■ RATNAGIRI BAY, India
Winds and gusts remain below alert thresholds throughout July 23. Wave heights stay elevated above Yellow Caution levels for the entire period but do not approach Red Warning.
Wind: Winds start at 14 kts at 05:30 LT, gradually climbing to 18 kts by 17:30 LT. They ease slightly to 17 kts through 23:30 LT before settling at 18 kts from 00:30 LT to 04:30 LT.
Gust: Gusts start at 21 kts at 05:30 LT and build to 27 kts by 17:30 LT before easing to 25 kts at 23:30 LT. Gusts climb back to 27 kts from 01:30 LT, holding through 04:30 LT.
Wave: Significant wave height starts at 3.1 m at 05:30 LT and steadily rises to 3.4 m by 16:30 LT, where it remains through 04:30 LT.
■ DUQM, Oman
Winds and gusts exceed Yellow Caution levels in two windows on July 23, easing through the morning before rebuilding in the afternoon and persisting through the night. Waves remain well below alert thresholds.
Wind: Winds open at 22 kts at 04:00 LT, exceeding the 20 kts Yellow Caution threshold, before dropping below by 06:00 LT and reaching a low of 13 kts at 12:00–13:00 LT. They climb back above the threshold from 15:00 LT, peaking at 28 kts at 16:00 LT, before tapering to 21 kts by 03:00 LT.
Gust: Gusts start at 32 kts at 04:00 LT, exceeding the 30 kts Yellow Caution threshold, and subside below the threshold by 06:00 LT. A second build peaks at 42 kts at 16:00 LT, holding above 39 kts through 01:00 LT before easing to 31 kts by 03:00 LT.
Wave: Significant wave height holds steady at 1.7–1.8 m throughout July 23, remaining well below alert thresholds.
