Gust: Gusts dip to a low of 3 kts at 08:00 LT before building sharply, breaching the 30 kts Yellow Caution threshold at 14:00 LT and surging to a peak of 42 kts at 15:00 LT. Gusts ease quickly, dropping below the Yellow Caution threshold by 19:00 LT.
Wave: Significant wave height holds near 1.4 m from 05:00–09:00 LT before rising steadily, breaching the 2.5 m Yellow Caution threshold at 14:00 LT and briefly touching the 3.5 m Red Warning threshold at 15:00 LT. Heights ease back below Red Warning by 16:00 LT and below Yellow Caution by 20:00 LT.
■ KARACHI, Pakistan

Wind: Winds ease from 16 kts at 05:00 LT to a low of 15 kts at 07:00–10:00 LT before gradually climbing to a peak of 19 kts at 16:00–17:00 LT and easing back to 17 kts by 20:00–23:00 LT.
Gust: Gusts dip from 24 kts at 05:00 LT to a low of 23 kts at 07:00–10:00 LT before building steadily to a peak of 28 kts at 16:00–17:00 LT and settling at 26 kts by 20:00–23:00 LT.
Wave: Significant wave height holds steady at 2.9 m — already above the 2.5 m Yellow Caution threshold — from 05:00–12:00 LT, before edging up to a peak of 3.1 m at 16:00–18:00 LT and settling back to 3.0 m through 23:00 LT.
■ HAMBANTOTA, Sri Lanka

Wind and gusts build to a brief midday peak on August 21, exceeding Yellow Caution thresholds between 11:00–15:00 LT before easing back to calmer levels. Waves remain above Yellow Caution for most of the day, easing below threshold only in the evening.
Wind: Winds start at 13 kts at 05:00 LT and build steadily, exceeding the 20 kts Yellow Caution threshold at 11:00 LT and peaking at 21 kts at 14:00 LT. Conditions ease back below Yellow Caution by 16:00 LT and settle to 14 kts by 23:00 LT.
